摘　　要：大数据、人工智能等现代信息技术在会计行业的深入应用,给会计行业带来了深刻变革,会计工作岗位、工作内容及方式正在发生改变,对会计人才的职业能力提出了新要求,对本科会计人才培养也提出了挑战。该文首先分析了数智时代会计人才的职业能力需求,在此基础上从目标定位、课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍等方面分析了传统的本科会计人才培养模式的局限性,并提出了数智时代本科高校会计人才培养改革的措施。The deep application of modern information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence in the accounting industry has brought profound changes to the accounting industry.The accounting jobs,work contents and methods are changing,which puts forward new requirements for the professional ability of accounting talents and also challenges the training of undergraduate accounting talents.This paper first analyzes the professional ability needs of accounting talents in the age of digital intelligence,and then analyzes the limitations of the traditional training mode of undergraduate accounting talents from the aspects of target orientation,curriculum system,practical teaching and teaching staff,and puts forward the reform measures of undergraduate accounting talents training in the age of digital intelligence.
