摘 要:产业数字化是在数字技术引领下,以数据赋能为核心,对产业链要素进行数字化转型的过程。在这种趋势下,更多的就业岗位职责也开始出现相应变化。“三教”改革作为推动职业教育高质量发展的主要途径,在培养高素质工匠型人才与提升就业胜任力方面发挥了积极作用。该文以湖南省产业数字化对就业岗位的新要求为背景,指出“三教”改革赋能职业教育高质量发展的问题,并据此提出有效路径与举措,以期为推动职业教育的可持续发展、服务“三高四新”战略、打造职业教育新高地提供可借鉴的经验与范式。Industrial digitalization is the process of digital transformation of industrial chain elements under the guidance of digital technology with data empowerment as the core.Under this trend,more job responsibilities have begun to change accordingly.As the main way to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,the reform of teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods has played a positive role in cultivating high-quality craftsmen and improving their employment competency.Based on the new requirements for jobs caused by industrial digitalization in Hu’nan Province,this article points out the problems in the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by the reform of teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods,and proposes effective paths and measures accordingly in the hope of providing experience and a paradigm that can be used for reference for promoting the sustainable development of vocational education,serving the“three highs and four news”strategy,and creating a new highland for vocational education.
