摘  要:人工智能时代到来,高职教育的培养目标和教育模式将发生重大变革,对高职教师的智能教育素养提出了新的要求。本研究从现有核心素养框架出发,阐释了高职教育核心素养的内涵要义,对高职教师需要具备的智能教育素养内涵和构成进行剖析,从政策支持、体系构建、条件保障三个方面对教师智能教育素养的提升路径进行了探索,以期为形成人工智能技术助推高职教师队伍建设的新路径和新模式提供参考。In the era of artificial intelligence,the training goal and education mode of higher vocational education will have major changes,which puts forward new requirements for the educational quality of higher vocational teachers.On the basis of the existing core literacy framework,it explains the connotation of the core literacy of higher vocational education,and analyzes the connotation and composition of intelligent education literacy that higher vocational teachers need to have,Explore the improvement path of teachers'intelligent education literacy from three aspects of policy support,system construction and condition guarantee,so as to provide reference for the formation of a new path and new mode of artificial intelligence technology to boost the construction of higher vocational teachers.
