摘 要:为了提高对高速水面艇的主动检测和识别能力,提出基于数字稳像技术的高速水面艇角点特征提取算法。采用无线传感信息跟踪方法实现对高速水面艇的光学视觉传感检测,对提取的高速水面艇分布图像进行融合滤波处理,采用边缘轮廓检测方法提取高速水面艇的边界信息,结合目标方位估计和电子稳像技术,实现对高速水面艇的动态参数识别和实时性稳像处理,采用Harris区域角点特征提取方法实现对高速水面艇的特征点标定和动态跟踪识别,通过图像的子块特征分布进行水面艇的角点特征提取,根据角点包络分布融实现对高速水面艇识别检测。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行高速水面艇角点特征提取的信息聚类性较好,对水面艇的电子稳像能力较强。In order to improve the ability of active detection and recognition of high-speed surface boats,a corner feature ex⁃traction algorithm based on digital image stabilization technology is proposed.The wireless sensor information tracking method is used to detect the optical vision of high-speed surface boats,the extracted distribution images of high-speed surface boats are fused and filtered,the edge contour detection method is used to extract the boundary information of high-speed surface boats,and the tar⁃get azimuth estimation and electronic image stabilization technology are combined to realize the dynamic parameter identification and real-time image stabilization of high-speed surface boats.Harris area corner feature extraction method is used to realize the fea⁃ture point calibration and dynamic tracking identification of high-speed surface boats.The corner feature extraction of surface boats is carried out through the sub-block feature distribution of images,and the high-speed surface boats are identified and detected ac⁃cording to the corner envelope distribution fusion.The simulation results show that the information clustering of corner feature extrac⁃tion of high-speed surface boat by this method is good,and the electronic image stabilization ability of surface boat is strong.
