摘 要:作为地方高校的教师和教育者,如何在专业课程中有效融入思政元素,以促进学生综合素质的提高,是一项重要教学任务。而《企业战略管理》课程作为培养新时代优秀经济管理人才的核心课程之一,从课程教学目标出发,寻找其与课程思政的契合点,提高课程思政教学效果是本课程亟待解决的重要课题。本文提出要从教学目标、教学内容及人才培养方向出发设计教学理念,结合案例式教学、互动式教学、实践式教学、评价式教学方法,实现二者的良性互动,从而为专业课程融入思政元素提供一定的借鉴和启示。In the context of the new era,the goal of higher education has gone beyond simple knowledge transfer,and pays more attention to the all-round development of students and the cultivation of ideological and moral literacy.As teachers and educators of local colleges and universities,how to organically combine professional courses with ideological and political work to promote the improvement of students'comprehensive quality is an important teaching task.As one of the core courses to cultivate outstanding economic management talents in the new era,the"Enterprise Strategic Management"course should start from the teaching objectives of the course,look for its fit with ideological and political work,proposesto design teaching concepts from the teaching objectives,teaching content and talent training direction,and combines case-based teaching,interactive teaching,practical teaching and evaluation teaching methods to achieve the benign interaction between the two,so as to provide a certain reference and inspiration for the integration of professional courses into ideological and political work.
