摘 要:目的探讨“互联网+思维导图+实验室情景模拟”混合式教学在中医实验诊断学临床教学中的应用效果及其对学生学习和临床思维能力的影响。方法以首都医科大学2019级、2020级中医学专业的学生为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组,每组16名学生。试验组实施混合式教学法,对照组采用传统教学方式。通过问卷调查和理论考试综合评价教学效果。结果试验组学生结课考试成绩及格率为100%,优秀率为75%(12/16)。该种混合式教学法对提高学生自学能力、思维逻辑、主观记忆,科研思路拓展方面有较好的效果。结论“互联网+思维导图+实验室情景模拟”混合式教学模式在中医实验诊断学临床教学中的应用,有助于锻炼学生的临床诊疗思维能力,提高课堂教学效果及教学质量,为医学的“精英教学”提供很好的培养发展路线。Objective To evaluate the application effect of“Internet+Mind Mapping+Laboratory Scenario Simulation”hybrid teaching mode in clinical teaching of experimental diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and its impact on students’learning and clinical thinking abilities.Methods The current study was conducted on students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Capital Medical University during 2019 to 2020.All students were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 16 students in each group.The experimental group implemented a blended teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.Comprehensive evaluation of teaching effectiveness through questionnaire surveys and theoretical exams was then conducted.Results The passing rate of the final exam scores of the experimental group students was 100%,and the excellent rate was 75%(12/16).The blended teaching method showed a good effect on improving students’self-learning ability,logical thinking,subjective memory,and expanding research ideas.Conclusion The application of the hybrid teaching mode of“Internet+Mind Mapping+Laboratory Scenario Simulation”in the clinical teaching of experimental diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve students’clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking abilities.It can also improve the classroom teaching effect and teaching quality,which provides a good training and development route for medical“elite teaching”.
