《素书》的道德修养资源对初中道德与法治课教学的启示

摘　　要：《素书》用精练的语言集中介绍了治国修身、为人处事等思想,其中包含的道德修养资源对初中道德与法治课教学具有重要的启示意义和借鉴价值。借鉴《素书》中的“道、德、仁、义、礼”五位一体思想,初中道德与法治课教学在教学理念上要有整体思维,综合考量;在育人目标上以“人之俊”“人之豪”“人之杰”,培养德才兼备人才;在教学方法上“正己而化人者顺”,注重以身作则,知行合一;在学情分析上“博学切问”,坚持问题导向,尊重学生意愿和选择;在教学内容上“本德宗道”“修己安人”,注重人格养成,安顿自己。“Sushu”(Book of Elements)uses concise language to introduce the ideas of governing the country and self-cultivation,as well as dealing with people and things.The moral cultivation resources contained in it have important significance of enlightenment and reference value for the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools.Drawing on the idea of“Dao(the Great Way),Virtue,Benevolence,Righteousness and Propriety”in“Sushu”,the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools should have an overall thinking and comprehensive consideration in the teaching concept;in terms of teaching goals,the teachers should cultivate talents with both ability and political integrity based on“people’s handsomeness”,“people’s pride”and“people’s excellence”;in terms of teaching methods,the teachers should“correct oneself and turn others into smoothness”,and pay attention to setting a good example for the students and integrating knowledge with action;in terms of the analysis of learning situation,the teachers should be“erudite and inquisitive”,adhere to the problem-oriented method and respect wishes and choices of students;in terms of teaching content,the teachers should“be based on morality”,“take Dao as purpose”and“cultivate themselves and comfort others”,and pay attention to cultivating personality and settling themselves down.
