摘 要:高职电气自动化技术专业在智能制造新形势下,人才培养方案需要创新变革。文章针对目前电气自动化技术高技能人才培养目标与企业实际需求的差异、人才培养质量偏低、校企融合深度不足等现状,探讨了电气自动化课程体系的构建;基于工作过程项目实施模式的创新、专综课程结合的培养体系,提出了以培养学生能力素养为主线、以学生发展为中心,通过产教融合、科教融合创新机制,构建了依托“五新育人”“岗课证赛”实践教学进行能力培养的人才培养新模式,以期为其他专业的人才培养方案提供改进思路。The talent training scheme of higher vocational electrical automation technology major needs innovation and reform under the new situation of intelligent manufacturing.This paper discusses the construction of the electrical automation curriculum system in view of the differences between the training objectives of high-skill talents in electrical automation technology and the actual needs of enterprises,the low quality of talent training,and the insufficient depth of integration between schools and enterprises at present.Based on the training system of innovation in the implementation mode of work process projects and combination of specialized and comprehensive courses,this paper proposes a new talent training mode for talent training,based on practical teaching of“Five New Education”and“Post-Course-Certificate-Competition”,with the cultivation of students'ability quality as the main line and student development as the center,and through the innovation mechanism of integration of industry and education and integration of science and education,in order to provide improvement ideas for talent training schemes of other majors.
