摘  要:教育舆情是民众在参与教育事项的酝酿、生成、发展的过程中生发的社会情绪、公共意见和流言的总和。网络社会催生了多样性的数字技术,使舆情主体间交往如同流动的原子般随机聚散,同时也带来舆情传播路径的更迭和舆情生发场域的重置。教育舆情频发与后真相传播下社会共识的消解、情绪滥觞中的群体极化、信息流瀑下的群体性迷失和泛娱乐隐喻下的语义迷障等作用机理息息相关。教育舆情治理不是简单的强行压制、扑灭公众的负面表达,仅以舆情平息为终极目标,而是要解决舆情背后的教育问题、疏通化解淤积的负面态度情绪,让舆情所关涉的教育事件得到妥善解决,积极安抚公众情绪并引导理性的价值观念。依据教育舆情生发演化过程,尝试提出“风险研判预警—涉事单位积极响应—权威媒体客观引导—多主体理性协商—善后反思与情绪安抚”的治理理路。Educational public opinion is the sum of social emotions,public opinions,and rumors generated by the public in the process of brewing,generating,and developing educational matters.The online society has spawned diversified digital technologies,making communication between public opinion subjects randomly gather and disperse like flowing atoms.At the same time,it has also brought about changes in the path of public opinion dissemination and the reset of the generation field of public opinion.The frequent occurrence of educational public opinion is closely related to the dissolution of social consensus under the dissemination of post truth,group polarization in the origin of emotions,group loss under the information flow waterfall,and semantic confusion under the metaphor of pan entertainment.The governance of educational public opinion is not simply about forcibly suppressing and extinguishing negative expressions from the public,with the ultimate goal of calming public opinion.It is about solving the educational problems behind public opinion,unblocking and resolving negative attitudes and emotions,ensuring that educational events related to public opinion are properly resolved,actively calming public emotions,and guiding rational values.Based on the evolution process of educational public opinion,an attempt is made to propose a governance approach of“risk assessment and early warning--active response from relevant units--objective guidance from authoritative media--rational consultation among multiple parties--aftercare reflection and emotional reassurance”.
