摘  要:课程思政是一项系统工程,其价值旨归就是要求每一个教师树立全员育人、全面育人、全过程育人的理念,充分发掘每一门课程的德育元素,发挥思想政治教育作用和育人功能,自觉担当立德树人的政治自觉,实现与思想政治教育同向同行。新时代背景下,高职院校应正确解读课程思政与协同育人机制的内涵,认识到协同育人机制建设的时代意义,并通过有效的建设路径,逐步完善课程思政协同育人机制,实现高职院校思政教育与人才培养的有机融合,为当代大学生的身心健康成长与全面发展奠定坚实基础。Curriculum ideological and political education is a systematic project,and its value aim is to require every teacher to establish the concept of all-staff education,all-around education and all-process education.Under the background of the new era,higher vocational colleges should correctly interpret the connotation of curriculum ideological and political education and collaborative education mechanism,recognize the era significance of the construction of collaborative education mechanism,and gradually improve the curriculum ideological and political collaborative education mechanism through effective construction path,so as to achieve the organic integration of ideological and political education and talent training in higher vocational colleges,and lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth and all-round development of contemporary college students.
