乡村振兴背景下实施“一村多名大学生计划”培养模式创新研究——以襄阳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记在十九大报告“实施乡村振兴战略”中指出:“农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重。”“一村多名大学生计划”是落实中央和省委乡村振兴战略的重大举措,是培养农村实用型人才的有力抓手。襄阳职业技术学院实施“一村多名大学生计划”三年来,积极探索适合学生特点的教育教学培养方式,形成了适应襄阳地区一村多名大学生的人才培养体系。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China"Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy"that the issues of agriculture and rural farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Solving the issues of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"must always be the top priority of the whole party’s work."The Multiple College Students in One Village Plan"is a major measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy of the central and provincial committees and a powerful starting point for cultivating practical talents in rural areas.Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College has been implementing the"One Village Multiple College Students Plan"for three years.It has actively explored education,teaching and training methods that suit the characteristics of students,conducted in-depth thinking and research on the training model,and formed a model that is suitable for multiple college students in one village in Xiangyang.Talent training system.
