摘　　要：辅导员作为高职教育中至关重要的角色,其职业能力的重要性不容忽视。从辅导员职业能力提升路径专项理论构建研究着手,探究清楚高职辅导员在新时代背景下“角色再定位”所应遵循的原则,分析当前高职辅导员的职业能力提升现状以及辅导员职业能力提升过程中将会遇到什么样的难题和困境。从专业化进阶培训以及培养辅导员内驱动的职业化发展意识等方面对辅导员的职业能力提升路径进行分析研究,从而推动高职辅导员的职业能力有效提升。As an essential role in higher vocational education,the importance of the professional competence of counselors cannot be ignored.Starting from the research on the special theory construction of professional competence enhancement path of counselors,this paper explores the principles that should be followed in the“role repositioning”of higher vocational counselors in the new era,analyzes the current situation of professional competence enhancement and problems and difficulties encountered in the process of professional competence enhancement of counselors.From the aspects of professional advanced training and cultivating counselors' inner driven professional development awareness,this paper analyzes and studies the effective paths to promote the professional competence of counselors.
