摘  要:为实现响铃卷的自动化生产和确定较理想的生产工艺参数,设计一种响铃卷自动化生产装备,并进行生产试验。参照响铃卷的手工生产工艺流程,设计循环回转式自动化生产装备,以实现生产过程的自动上料、炸卷、下料。选取油温、油炸时间和卷压板间距等显著影响品质的因素,作为可调的生产工艺参数,设计正交试验方案,进行生产加工试验。试验结果表明,该设备较理想的生产工艺参数为油炸时间3.5 s、油炸温度210℃、卷压板间距35 mm。研究为响铃卷及同类产品加工机械的自动化、智能化研发设计提供参考。In order to achieve automation and look for ideal process parameters in the production of ring rolls,an automated production equipment for ring rolls was designed,and production test was conducted.Firstly,a cyclic and rotary automatic production equipment for the ring roll production was designed with reference to the manual production process to achieve automatic feeding,frying,and cutting in the production process.The factors such as oil temperature,frying time,and roll spacing that significantly affect the quality of the ring roll were selected as adjustable production process parameters.An orthogonal experimental plan was designed to conduct production processing test.The experimental results indicate that the ideal production process parameters for this equipment should be controlled as frying time of 3.5 s,frying temperature of 210℃,and spacing between rolling plates of 35 mm.The research provides a reference for the automatic and intelligent research and development and design of food processing machinery for ring rolls and similar products.
