摘 要:目的 将SPOC联合PBL教学法应用于医学生临床技能教学中,探讨其对教学质量及学生考试焦虑的影响。方法 选择在2021年8月26日-9月3日在某三级甲等医院学习的2017级长学制临床医学系和儿科系及2022年9月13日-9月21日学习的2018级长学制临床医学系和儿科系124名医学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组60名,采用传统教学法;实验组64名,采用SPOC联合PBL教学法。通过理论考试成绩、实践操作成绩及问卷调查的方式,对教学质量进行评估;应用考试焦虑量表了解不同教学法对学生考试焦虑的影响。计量资料采用两独立样本t检验进行检测,计数资料采用卡方检验进行检测,P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。结果 实验组理论考试成绩(43.56±3.93)分及实践操作成绩(45.07±4.07)分和总成绩(88.61±5.76)分均明显高于对照组(40.12±±3.41,41.40±3.96,81.53±4.72)分,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01;两组学生调查问卷教学评价显示:实验组总分(28.32±0.71)分明显高于对照组(19.79±0.69)分,P<0.01;实验组考试焦虑量表总分(29.68±4.31)明显低于对照组(39.95±5.45)分,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论 SPOC联合PBL教学法应用于临床技能教学中,可以显著提升医学生临床考核成绩,提高教学质量,改善学生考试焦虑现象。Objectives To apply SPOC combined with PBL teaching method to clinical skill teaching of medical students,and explore its influence on teaching quality and test anxiety of students.Methods 124 medical students from the department of clinical medicine and the department of pediatrics who studied in a certain hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 students in the control group,using traditional teaching method,and 64 students in the experimental group,using SPOC combined with PBL teaching method.The teaching quality was evaluated through theoretical examination results,practical operation results and questionnaires,using test anxiety inventory to understand the influence of different teaching methods on students'test anxiety.The measurement data were tested by using two independent sample t-test,the enumeration data were tested by using chi square test,P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results The scores of theoretical examination(43.56±3.93),practical operation(45.07±4.07)and total score(88.61±5.76)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(40.12±3.41,41.40±3.96,81.53±4.72),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The students’questionnaire of teaching evaluation showed that the total score of the experimental group(28.32±0.71)was significantly higher than that of the control group(19.79±0.69),P<0.01.The total score of the test anxiety inventory(29.68±4.31)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(39.95±5.45),with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of SPOC combined with PBL teaching method in clinical skill teaching could significantly improve the clinical examination results of medical students,improve the teaching quality and improve the test anxiety of students.
