数字经济背景下高职院校学生创业素质的提升策略

摘　　要：数字经济的发展为高职院校学生的创新创业开辟了新领域,也对个体的创业素质提出了新的要求。数字经济背景下高职院校学生创业素质主要由互联网创新意识、包容性创业精神、数字化创业能力等要素构成。基于此,以数字经济为抓手,探索提升高职院校学生创业素质的具体策略,提出了4点建议——“高”字上发力,提升学生创业素质高级化;“实”字上用功,跟进数字创业教育实效化;“准”字上较真,促进创新创业资源精准化;“合”字上落实,增进双创教育实施共融化。The development of digital economy has opened up new fields for innovation and business start-ups of college students,and has also put forward new requirements for individual quality of business start-ups.Under the background of digital economy,their quality of business start-ups mainly consists of factors such as the Internet innovation awareness,inclusive entrepreneurship and digital ability of business start-ups.Based on this,using digital economy as a starting point,this paper probes into specific strategies to improve vocational college students quality of business start-ups.It suggests that the word“highness”should be emphasized to enhance their advanced quality of business start-ups,the word“practicality”should be focused to follow up on the effectiveness of digital education of business start-ups,the word“accuracy”should be seriously taken to promote the precision of resources of innovation and business start-ups,and the word“harmony”should be implemented to boost the integration of the education of innovation and business start-ups.
