摘 要:王阳明在其心学体系中对礼学进行重建,内容包含以下三点:首先,礼是心之“条理节文”为王阳明礼学的原理。良知和礼是本末源流的关系,礼是良知在具体情境中的自然呈现。其次,致良知是王阳明礼学工夫的头脑。礼节的研习有必要,但只有处在与良知的本末关系中作为致良知的途径才有存在的意义。最后,权变是王阳明礼学实践的原则。当礼节之间因条件限制无法兼容必须有所取舍时,应视价值高低裁断。王阳明主张以良知为根据,兼顾风俗,以简易为原则改革礼制,乡约被纳入礼籍。王阳明礼学具有鲜明的主体性、个体性、变通性、大众化和实践性。Wang Yangming reconstructed the theory of etiquette in his philosophy of mind,which includes the following three points:firstly,the principle of Wang Yangming's theory of etiquette is that etiquette is the“organized and orderly ritual”of the mind.Conscience and etiquette embody their causal relationship,because etiquette is the natural manifestation of conscience in specific situations.Secondly,devotion to conscience is the fundamental way for Wang Yangming to learn etiquette.The study of etiquette is necessary,but only in such causal relationship can the approach to the devotion to conscience have its existential significance.Finally,flexibility is the principle of Wang Yangming's practice of etiquette.When there is a need to make a choice between etiquette rules due to incompatibility under some conditions,the choice should be made according to the differ⁃ent levels of value.Wang Yangming advocated the reform of the etiquette system based on conscience,while taking into account the customs and adhering to the principle of simplicity,and incorporated local conventions into the scope of etiquette.Wang Yangming's theory of etiquette has distinct features of subjectivity,individuality,adaptability,popularization,and practicality.
