摘 要:党的二十大报告指出,强化就业优先政策,健全就业促进机制,促进高质量充分就业。大学生职业价值观教育是落实“高质量充分就业”的逻辑起点。课程思政建设为推进大学生职业价值观教育提供“三全育人”的沃土。当前,大学生职业价值观存在择业功利化、就业模糊化、事业短期化等现象,该研究剖析课程思政视域下强化大学生职业价值观教育的内在价值,立足现实困境,提出全人员协同、全课程融合、全要素挖掘和全方位联动等大学生职业价值观培育的实施路径,以期打通就业育人“最后一公里”,推动大学生实现更高质量的充分就业。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we should strengthen the employment priority policy,improve the employment promotion mechanism and promote full employment with high quality.The education of college students'professional values is the logical starting point of implementing"Higher quality employment".The construction of ideological and political education in courses provides fertile soil for promoting the education of vocational values of college students.At present,there are some phenomena in the vocational values of college students,such as utilitarianism in career selection,fuzziness in employment and short-term career.This study analyzes the value implication of strengthening the vocational values education of college students in the course of ideological and political education,and this paper puts forward the implementation paths of cultivating the vocational values of college students,such as all-member cooperation,all-course integration,all-factor mining,all-round linkage,promote college students to achieve a higher quality of full employment,to help the"Employment priority strategy".
