摘  要:教育惩戒权是教师在实际教学应用中作为约束工具引导教育的一种权力,但是现实教学实践中部分教师存在权力滥用、罔顾人权的现象,从而引发社会各界的议论和广泛思考。教育惩戒权诚然是一种权力,可以在很大程度上维护教师权威,方便教师进行教学管理,但是教育惩戒权的边界一旦被越过很容易造成教育极端化,因此需要思考教育惩戒权在现实教学的应用以及保障其合理使用的最佳措施。Educational disciplinary power is a kind of power that teachers use as a restraining tool to guide education in practical teaching.However,in teaching practice,there are the phenomena of abusing power and disregarding human rights,which arising discussions and extensive thinking from all walks of life.It is true that educational disciplinary power is a kind of power that can largely safeguard teachers’authority and facilitate teachers’teaching management,but once the boundary of educational disciplinary power is crossed,it is easy to cause education extremism,so it is necessary to consider the application of educational disciplinary power in practical teaching and the best measures to guarantee its reasonable use.
