摘 要:“县中塌陷”已成为当前教育高质量发展面临的刻不容缓的问题。“县中塌陷”映射出了当前高中教育发展面临的重重危机,即“唯分数”主导下学生个性的失语,“唯升学”主导下高中多样化功能的失位,功利主义教育逻辑主导下高中教育秩序的失范,“分数GDP”主导下教育伦理与责任的失守。“县中塌陷”将抑制拔尖创新人才培养,增强教育不公平的叠加效应,影响教育结构的整体稳定性,加剧社会阶层固化。为此,特色发展逻辑应是当下县域普通高中振兴应遵循的基本逻辑。县中振兴的特色发展逻辑意味着县中发展在质量观、公平观、资源观和方法论上的全面转向。以特色发展促进县中振兴的关键在于:建立“以市为主”统筹规划县中特色发展的体制机制,构建“以学科特色为主导、以地域文化为底色”的学生个性发展支持系统,构建县中特色发展的专业支持系统,多方协同实现县中办学自主权的释放和增能。"Collapse of county regular senior secondary schools"is an urgent issue that the development of current high quality education facing.“Collapse of county regular senior secondary schools”reflects that the development of current regular senior secondary schools education facing with multiple crises,including the loss of students'individuality under the dominance of"only scores";the position losing of the diversified functions of regular senior secondary schools under the dominance of"only enrollment";the anomie of the regular senior secondary schools education order under the dominance of the logic of utilitarian education;and the loss of the educational ethic and responsibility under the dominance of the"Score GDP"."Collapse of county regular senior secondary schools"will inhibit the cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents,strengthen the superimposed effect of educational inequality,influence the overall stability of the educational structure,and exacerbate the solidification of social classes.For those reasons,specialization logic will be the basic logic that should be abided by the revitalization of county regular senior secondary schools.The specialization logic of county regular senior secondary schools'revitalization implies a comprehensive turn of county regular senior secondary schools'development in terms of quality concept,equity concept,resource concept and developing methodology.The key to promoting the revitalization of county regular senior secondary schools with specialization lies in establishing a"city-based"system and mechanism for coordinating and planning the specialization of county regular senior secondary schools;constructing a support system for students'personality development with"subject characteristics as the leading role and regional culture as the background";constructing a professional support system for the specialization of county regular senior secondary schools;realizing the release and empowerment of the autonomy of county regular senior secondary schools through m
