摘  要:高中阶段学校多样化发展已成为一种政策共识与实践导向,在以普及高中阶段教育为首要目标、以促进个体成长成才成为主要方向后,进入内涵发展阶段缓解全民教育焦虑成为政策的关键诉求。然而,当前拟采取的三项主要措施在缺乏职普融通视角的情况下,不仅不能消解制度性焦虑,还极易产生隐性精英教育导向下学校多样化初衷的偏离、职教存域压缩下应用型人才培养的体系缺失等实践隐患。要推进高中阶段学校多样化发展,应回归教育育人旨趣,深化基于生涯指导的分类制度改革;坚持职普协调发展,构建双轨双通的全民终身学习体系;加快技能型社会构建,支撑共同富裕下的多元生涯发展。The diversified development of upper secondary schools has become a kind of policy consensus and practice orientation.After taking popularization of upper secondary education as the primary goal and promoting individual development as the main direction,alleviating the public educational anxiety has become its key demand.However,when a perspective of integrating vocational and general education is absent,the three major measures proposed will not only fail to resolve institutional anxiety,but also be very prone to create hidden danger in practice,such as the deviation from the original intention of school diversification with the elite education orientation,the lack of applied talents cultivation system after wrongly compressing the living space of secondary vocational education,etc.In order to promote the diversified development of upper secondary schools,we should return to the essence of education,and deepen the reform of classification system based on career guidance;should adhere to the coordinated development of vocational education and general education,and build an access-available lifelong learning system for the whole people;and should accelerate the construction of a skilled society,and support the diverse careers development under common prosperity.
