摘 要:专业优先的选考制度、选课走班的教学制度和综合素质评价制度构建了新高考背景下普通高中育人方式变革的新理念和个性化学习的新定位。赋权选择的高考导向更加突出个性化学习的特征,更加凸显个性化学习的意义,更加重视个性化学习质量是普通高中育人方式变革的重要使命。作为具有国际影响力的PISA学生测评项目关注学生科学、数学、阅读等核心素养,强调影响学生核心素养的关键因素的理念和技术,对建立普通高中个性化学习支持系统,提升个性化学习质量具有重要的实践价值与理论意义。为此,可以运用如下策略,构建适应高中育人方式变革下的个性化学习支持系统:通过关注背景,熟知学生个性化特征;通过关联终身,培养学生的自主学习能力;通过依托技术,构建智能个性化辅导系统;通过精准反馈,坚持动态持续个性化评估。Under the new college entrance examination,the system of selecting the major first,the teaching system of choosing the course and taking the class,and the comprehensive quality evaluation system construct the new idea of the reform of the education way of ordinary high schools and the new orientation of personalized learning.The college entrance examination orientation of empowering choice more highlights the characteristics of personalized learning,more highlights the significance of personalized learning,and attaches more importance to the quality of personalized learning,which is an important mission of the reform of education methods in ordinary high schools.As an internationally influential PISA student assessment program,it focuses on the core literacy of students such as science,mathematics and reading,and emphasizes the concepts and technologies of key factors affecting students'literacy.It has important practical value and theoretical significance for the establishment of personalized learning support system in ordinary high schools and the improvement of personalized learning quality.To this end,the following strategies can be applied to construct the personalized learning support system adapted to the reform of high school education mode:pay attention to the background,familiar with students'personalized characteristics;cultivate students'independent learning ability through lifelong connection;build intelligent personalized tutoring system by relying on technology;adhere to the strategic path of dynamic and continuous personalized assessment through accurate feedback.
