摘  要:法律职业伦理教育是我国高等学校法学教育的重要组成部分,自2018年法律职业伦理正式成为法学必修课程以来,法律职业伦理教育有了长足发展。但是,因应全球化与数字化的外部环境变化,以及法律职业伦理教育自身的困境,法律职业伦理教育的进一步推进面临阻碍。结合将思想政治教育融入法学课程教学的时代要求,可以从以下五个方面探索中国式法律职业伦理教育的改革路径:重视德性教育、完善实践教育、融合思政教育、培养师资力量、推进法律职业伦理教育的数字化和全球化。Lawyers’professional ethics education is an important part of legal education in Chinese colleges and universities.Since 2018,when lawyers’professional ethics officially became a required course for law students,lawyers’professional ethics education has made significant progress.However,due to the external environment of globalization and digitization,as well as the predicament of lawyers’professional ethics education itself,the further promotion of lawyers’professional ethics education is also facing obstacles.Combining with the requirements of integrating ideological and political education into legal curriculum teaching,the reform path of Chinese-style lawyers’professional ethics education can be explored from the following five aspects:emphasizing moral education,improving practical education,integrating ideological and political education,cultivating teaching staff,and promoting the digitization and globalization of lawyers’professional ethics education.
