党建引领高职院校高质量发展路径探究

摘　　要：从外部挑战和机遇以及内部劣势和优势4个方面分析了高职院校高质量发展现状,并在此基础上探究党建引领高职院校高质量发展过程中存在的问题。研究发现,政治力、履职力、执行力和服务力不足是党建引领高职院校高质量发展过程中面临的主要障碍。为此,需要提升“政治力”把牢高质量发展方向,提升“履职力”助推高质量发展质效,提升“执行力”打通高质量发展堵点,提升“服务力”凝聚高质量发展合力,以赋能高职院校高质量发展。The paper analyzes the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of external challenges and opportunities,and internal weaknesses and advantages,and explores the problems existing in the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges guided by party building.It is found that insufficient governing capability,performance capability,executive capability and service capability are the main obstacles.Therefore,it is necessary to secure the direction of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges through the improvement of the governing capability,improve the quality and efficiency of high-quality development through the improvement of the performance capability,break through the bottleneck of high-quality development through the improvement of the executive capability,and consolidate the joint efforts of high-quality development through the improvement of the service capability.
