基于工匠精神的新型职业农民思想政治教育创新研究

摘　　要：工匠精神的培育对于新型职业农民思想政治引导具有重要意义。立足新形势下新型职业农民思想政治教育存在的目标不清晰、内容不扎实、方式不灵活等问题,分析工匠精神内涵、新型职业农民思想政治教育内涵,进一步厘清工匠精神培育与新型职业农民思想政治教育之间的相互关系,从紧跟形势发展、提升师资素养、优化培育载体,以及完善各项机制等方面提出新型职业农民思想政治教育创新路径。The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is of great importance to the ideological and political guidance of new professional farmers.Based on the problems existing in the ideological and political education of new professional farmers under the new situation,such as unclear goals,unsolid content and inflexible methods,this paper analyzes the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and the connotation of ideological and political education of new professional farmers,further clarifies the mutual relationship between the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit and the ideological and political education of new professional farmers,and proposes the innovative paths of ideological and political education of new professional farmers from the aspects of keeping pace with the development of the time,improving the qualification of teachers,optimizing the cultivation carrier and improving various mechanisms.
