摘  要:学习体验是学习者在培训学习过程中形成的直观感受。本文对优化在线学习体验的重要性进行了思考,参考Garrett 5S模型等重要理论,立足充分发挥在线学习资源优势,以提升学员在线学习积极性和主动性为着眼点,分析了学员在线学习的特点,结合中原油田组织开展在线培训项目的具体实践提出满足学员多元需要、提升学员享受快感等思路与方法。The learning experience refers to the intuitive perceptions formed by learners during the training process.This article reflects on the importance of strengthening the online learning experience and,drawing on significant theories such as the Garrtt 5S model,focuses on leveraging the advantages of online learning resources to enhance trainees'enthusiasm and initiative in online learning.It analyzes the characteristics of online learning among trainees and proposes ideas and methods to meet the diverse needs of trainees and enhance their enjoyment,based on the specific practices of online training projects organized by the Zhongyuan Oilfield.
