摘 要:混合学习日益成为成人教育的主要学习形式,但学习者主动性不强、学习内容吸引力不够、师生交流不充分等问题严重影响学习质量。参与式学习能够通过问题情境唤醒主体意识,实践活动整合学习内容,情感交流发展学习共同体,实践反思激活创新意识,有助于解决混合学习面临的问题。为了探索提升混合学习质量的新方法,验证参与式学习与混合学习融合的具体效果,融合参与式学习的内涵特征和学习共同体理论,构建了“社会、认知、情感”三维一体的混合学习环境,设计了支持学习者参与的学习活动任务、协作学习环境和学习策略,并通过“小学数学教学设计与实施”成人本科学历教育课程开展融合学习实践。研究发现,参与式学习与混合学习融合能有效激发学习者的主体意识,有利于学习者交流协作,促进学习共同体的发展。Blended learning is increasingly becoming the main form of learning in adult education,but the quality of learning is seriously affected by the lack of learner initiative,the less attractive learning content,and the insufficient communication between teachers and students.Participatory learning can help solve the problems faced by blended learning by awakening the sense of subjectivity through problematic situations,integrating learning content through practical activities,developing a learning community through emotional exchanges,and activating the sense of innovation through practical reflections.In order to explore new ways to improve the quality of blended learning and to verify the concrete effects of the integration of participatory learning and blended learning,we combined the connotation and characteristics of participatory learning and the theory of learning community,constructed a blended learning environment integrating“society,cognition,and affection”,designed learning tasks,collaborative learning environments and learning strategies to support learners’participation,and practiced blended learning through an adult undergraduate education course entitled“Elementary School Mathematics Teaching Design and Implementation”.It is found that the integration of participatory learning and blended learning can effectively stimulate the learner’s sense of subjectivity,facilitate communication and collaboration,and promote the development of the learning community.
