摘　　要：现代学徒制是促进职业教育与市场需求有效衔接的新型人才培养模式,是促进校企深度融合,加深工学结合和产教融合的一条重要路径,也是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要手段。基于此,红河卫生职业学院与云南文山为了你健康药房有限公司、杭州中美华东制药有限公司合作成立现代学徒制班,对药品经营与管理专业现代学徒制人才培养途径进行探索与实践。The modern apprenticeship is a new personnel cultivation model that promotes the effective connection between vocational education and market demand.It is an important path to promote the further integration of schools and enterprises,deepen the integration of engineering and education,as well as industry.It is also an important means to cultivate high-quality and skilled personnel.Based on this,Honghe Health Vocational College has collaborated with Yunnan Wenshan Weileni Health Pharmacy Co.,Ltd.and Hangzhou Zhongmei Huadong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.to establish a modern apprenticeship program,exploring and practicing the training methods for personnel cultivation of modern apprenticeship in the field of pharmaceutical operation and management.
