职业院校护生社区护理感知现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版社区护理感知量表对山东省2所职业院校608名在校护生进行横断面调查,以了解职业院校护生社区护理感知现状并分析影响因素。调查显示,职业院校护生的社区护理感知水平中等偏上,其中职业量表得分最低,学校可针对护生特点采取增加社区见习或实习以提高护生对社区护理了解度、加大社区护理常用技能培训等措施来积极影响护生对社区护理的感知态度。A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 608 nursing students from 2 vocational colleges in Shandong Province with general information survey questionnaire and Chinese version of the Scale on Community care Perceptions to learn the status of community nursing perception among nursing students in higher vocational colleges and analyze influencing factors.The survey shows that the perceived level of community care among nursing students of vocational college is above average level,while their had lowest score on the Occupational Scale.So measures such as increasing community internships or internships based on the characteristics of nursing students should be adopted to improve their understanding of community nursing,increasing training on commonly used skills in community nursing to positively affect their perceived attitude towards community nursing as well.
