摘 要:为探讨医学院校公共事业管理专业在临床基地实习教学的现状、存在的问题,运用问卷调查法、深入访谈法,调查福建医科大学四年制公共事业管理专业2017级、2018级、2019级实习生及临床实习基地带教教师,分析实习生实习情况。研究显示,临床基地实习教学对毕业生就业的正向激励作用仍有待提升,建议提升实习内容的就业导向性,落实实习教学环节,明确带教职责;同时优化教学课程体系,完善实习教学管理制度,建立良性互动机制,促进公共事业管理人才培养目标的实现。To explore the status and existing problems of internship teaching in clinical bases for the public utility management major in medical colleges,questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were used to investigate the interns and clinical internship base teachers of the four-year public utility management major at grade 2017,grade 2018 and grade 2019 in Fujian Medical University.The internship of the interns was analyzed.Research shows that the positive incentive effect of clinical internship teaching on graduates'employment still needs to be improved.It is recommended to enhance the employment orientation of internship content,implement internship teaching links,and clarify teaching responsibilities.At the same time,optimize the course teaching system,improve the internship teaching management system,establish a positive interactive mechanism,and promote the achievement of the goal of cultivating personnel in public service management.
