论信用管理专业人才的培养

摘　　要：经过20多年的建设,我国的信用管理专业人才培养体系已经搭建起来。教育部高等院校信用管理专业学历教育、人力资源和社会保障部的信用管理师国家职业资格证书制度是输送信用管理专业人才的主渠道,由信控服务业提供的专业培训是对信用管理专业人才培养的有益补充。虽然我国的信用管理专业人力资源市场逐步走向成熟,但各种人才培养方式均存在亟须解决的问题,完善信用管理专业人才培养体系仍任重道远。After more than 20 years of construction,China’s credit management talent development system has been established.Academic education for credit management majors in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education and the national vocational qualification certificate system for credit managers of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security are the main channels to transport credit management professionals,and the professional training provided by the credit control service industry is a useful supplement to the cultivation of credit management professionals.Although China’s human resources market for credit management majors is gradually maturing,there are problems that need to be solved urgently in all kinds of talent training methods,and there is still a long way to go to improve the credit management professional talent training system.
