摘 要:为了提高商用车的制动性能及制动舒适性,符合恶劣工况下的制动需求,通过对特殊工况的地面附着系数进行分析,经过理论计算,匹配不同尺寸的制动气室及制动器得到最优的制动强度曲线,配合优化双腔制动总阀的输出曲线,达到驾驶员预期的制动效果;通过对制动气室及输出曲线的优化,并结合试验验证及市场条件下多样本验证。结果表明,驾驶员对优化后的制动系统满意度提升了50%以上。In order to improve the braking performance and comfort of commercial vehicles and meet the braking needs under harsh working conditions,the ground adhesion coefficient of special working conditions is analyzed.Through theoretical calculation,different sizes of brake chambers and brakes are matched to obtain the optimal braking strength curve.Combined with the optimization of the output curve of the dual chamber brake master valve,the expected braking effect of the driver is achieved;By optimizing the brake chamber and output curve,and combining experimental verification and multi sample verification under market conditions;The results show that the optimized braking system has increased driver satisfaction by more than 50%.
