摘 要:故障预测是雷达设备视情维修和基于状态维修的基石。为了更好地促进故障预测在雷达中的发展与应用,提升部队预测性维护与修理的能力和效率,文章首先基于雷达设备组成及其维修特点分析了雷达设备故障预测需求;然后在此基础上根据现有故障预测技术现状梳理了雷达设备故障预测方法;最后以某型雷达为例阐述了其故障预测的具体实现。研究结果表明,目前在雷达上仅能实现机械类设备和极少数电子类设备的故障预测,大量有故障预测需求的电子类设备还无法预测。Prognostics is the cornerstone of condition based maintenance of radar equipment.In order to better promote the de⁃velopment and application of prognostics in radar,and improve the capability and efficiency of predictive maintenance and repair of troops,this paper first analyzes the demand for prognostics of radar equipment based on the composition and maintenance character⁃istics of radar equipment.On this basis,the prognostics methods of radar equipment are sorted out according to the current status of existing prognostics technologies.Finally,a radar is taken as an example to illustrate the realization of its prognostics.The research results show that at present,the prognostics of mechanical equipment and a few electronic equipment can only be realized on radar,and a large number of electronic equipment with the demand of prognostics can not be predicted.
