摘　　要：从教育部本科教学工作审核评估视角出发,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法,对体育专业教学质量保障体系进行了系统构建.新建保障体系包括组织保障、制度保障、目标保障、投入保障、过程保障、产出保障、评估诊断和反馈改进8个构成主体及23个核心要素,涉及大循环、中循环、微循环三个层面的运行实施过程.对沧州师范学院体育学院的领导督导、任课教师、学生进行问卷调查,结果显示,新建保障体系对教学质量的提升具有较为显著作用.From the perspective of the audit and evaluation of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education,the teaching quality guarantee system of physical education major was constructed using literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method and questionnaire survey.The newly established guarantee system includes 8 main bodies and 23 core elements,including organizational guarantee,system guarantee,target guarantee,input guarantee,process guarantee,output guarantee,evaluation diagnosis and feedback improvement.It involves the operation and implementation process at three levels:large cycle,medium cycle and micro cycle.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the leaders,supervisors,teachers and students of the physical education college of Cangzhou Normal University.The results showed that the new system had a significant effect on the improvement of teaching quality.
