摘 要:跨文化管理关系企业全球化经营的成败。江汉海外项目部结合运行实际,分析跨文化管理面临的挑战,提出加强中外员工文化交流、找准文化融合切入点、发挥自有文化作用、实施本地化策略、推进文化融合创新的跨文化管理的方式方法途径,旨为推进海外石油工程技术服务项目提供借鉴和参考。Cross-cultural management is pivotal to the success or failure of corporate globalization.The Jianghan Overseas Project Department,drawing on practical operational experiences,discusses why cross-cultural management is essential,analyzes the challenges it faces,and proposes methods for enhancing cross-cultural management.These include strengthening cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign employees,identifying precise entry points for cultural integration,leveraging the role of inherent culture,implementing localization strategies,and promoting innovative cultural integration.These approaches aim to serve as a reference for advancing overseas oil engineering and technical service projects.
