摘  要:教育数字化转型是国家数字化战略的重要组成部分,也是实现我国教育高质量发展的必经之路。职业教育数字化转型是利用新型能力与数字技术赋能职教学生全面发展和重塑职教生态的持续过程,能够不断丰富职教学生的职业知识储备和职业价值观内涵。职教人才培养面临培养理念的技术性取向难以兼顾其人文性、数字技术赋能社会行业加快人才培养目标变化、信息传播流动性强淹没学生个性、技术生硬植入教学造成重技术轻教学现象和技术加重教师身心负担产生角色定位偏差等困境。职业教育人才培养要回归教育的育人本质。一是更新以人文为基础的数字文化育人理念。二是建构多元主体参与的终身育才机制,贯穿职业教育人才培养全方位和全过程。三是创新数字化育人实践,具体来说是构建以学生为根本的课程体系;打造以教师为主导的教学过程;探索以技术为辅助的知行实践,以培养更多具有数字素养的高素质职教人才。Digital transformation of education is an important part of the national digitalization strategy and a necessary way to realize the high-quality development of education in China.Digital transformation of vocational education is a continuous process of utilizing new types of competencies and digital technologies to empower the comprehensive development of vocational school students and reshape the ecology of vocational education,and continuously enrich the vocational knowledge,vocational competencies and vocational values of vocational school students.Talent cultivation in vocational schools faces the dilemma that it is difficult to take into account the humanistic nature of the technical orientation of the cultivation concept,digital technology empowers the social industry to accelerate the change of cultivation objectives,the expansion of information dissemination channels and strong mobility submerge students’individuality,the rigid implantation of technology in teaching creates the phenomenon of emphasizing technology over teaching,and the technology aggravates physical and mental burdens of teachers and creates the role orientation deviation.Talent cultivation of vocational education should return to the essence of education.The first is to update the concept of humanities-based digital cultural education.The second is to construct a lifelong education mechanism with the participation of multiple subjects,which runs through all aspects and the whole process of vocational education talent cultivation.The third is to innovate the practice of digital parenting,specifically,to build a student-oriented curriculum system,to create a teacher-led teaching process,and to explore the practice of knowing and doing with the aid of technology,so as to cultivate more high-quality vocational education talents with digital literacy.
