摘　　要：作为评委作者参加了2023年全国高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课比赛华东地区赛活动。本文对这次比赛活动中教师的表现和比赛过程,包括提问环节作些评论,鼓励青年教师热爱教学、练好内功和教好物理。As a referee the author took part in the event of university physics course lecture competition in 2023 in East China region.The competition process consists of two parts,a 20 min lecture and a 8 min Q&A.In this article,the competitor performance in the competition,especially that in the Q&A part is commented,encouraging young teachers to pursue excellence in physics teaching and become a good teacher who understands the concepts and laws of physics deeply and thoroughly.
