高等学校及化工学科青年教师发展的思考

摘　　要：高等学校的发展和高校青年教师的发展是息息相关的,两者的发展与中国的高质量发展和中华民族伟大复兴也是息息相关的。随着青年教师在高校教师中的比例持续攀升,青年教师的素质对高校的发展、国家的发展、中国特色社会主义实践的作用越来越重要。文章以化工学科青年教师为例,就思想政治素养、教书育人能力、科研能力、学生培养等方面针对教师个人和高校的作用展开讨论,提出了自己的思考,分析了青年教师健康成长、发展,高等学校高质量发展的重要性、存在的问题和对策。The development of colleges and universities is closely related to the development of young professors in colleges and universities,and the development of the two is also closely related to China’s high-quality development and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As the proportion of young professors in colleges and universities continues to rise,the quality of young professors plays an increasingly important role in the development of colleges and universities,the development of the country,and the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper discusses the role of chemical engineering young professors and colleges and universities from the aspects ofideological and political literacy,teaching and educating ability,and scientific research ability,puts forward its own thoughts,and discusses the importance of the healthy growth and development of young professors,the high-quality development of colleges and universities,and the existing problems and countermeasures.
