摘　　要：随着中国工程教育专业认证的不断推进,新工科专业的人才培养模式亟需与之相适应。传统的教学模式注重理论而忽视实践,更加强调知识传授而缺乏创新思维培养,同时也存在着对专业素养教育关注不足、实践教学体系薄弱以及缺乏创新创业教育等问题。基于新工科特点,文章旨在积极探索“一核四维”人才培养模式,以更好地履行立德树人的根本任务。With the continuous advancement of professional certification in engineering education in China,it is imperative to adapt the talent training mode of the new engineering major accordingly.The traditional teaching approach excessively emphasizes theory while neglecting practical application,focuses more on knowledge transmission rather than fostering innovative thinking,and exhibits shortcomings such as inadequate attention to professional literacy education,a weak practical teaching system,and a lack of emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship education.Considering the distinctive features of new engineering,this paper aims to actively explore the‘one core and four dimensions’personnel training mode to better fulfill the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue.
