摘 要:在当前全球经济高速发展和科技创新不断涌现的背景下,化工工艺专业人才的培养面临着日益严峻的挑战。传统的教育模式在适应新时代需求、培养适应未来产业发展的专业人才方面显得日益滞后。为更好地满足社会对工艺专业人才的需求,新型学徒制和问题驱动式教学成为当前高等教育领域研究的热点之一。文章将深入研究新型学徒制与问题驱动式教学在化工工艺专业人才培养中的整合模式,通过对学徒制度的历史渊源、国内外发展状况和在工艺专业中的优势进行全面分析,结合问题驱动式教学的基本理念和在化工领域中引入的必要性,旨在为构建更符合未来发展需求的专业人才培养体系提供理论指导和实践经验。Under the background of the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous emergence of scientific and technological innovation,the training of chemical technology professionals is faced with increasingly severe challenges.The traditional education mode is increasingly lagging behind in meeting the needs of the new era and cultivating professional talents to adapt to the future industrial development.In order to better meet the needs of the society for craft professionals,the new apprenticeship system and problem-driven teaching have become one of the hot spots in the field of higher education.This paper will study the integration mode of new apprenticeship and problem-driven teaching in the training of chemical technology professionals.Through a comprehensive analysis of the historical origin of the apprenticeship system,the development status at home and abroad and the advantages in the craft major,combined with the basic concept of problem-driven teaching and the necessity ofintroducing in the chemical industry,it aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the construction of a professional talent training system more in line with the needs of future development.
