摘  要:擒纵机构引信作为弹药的引爆装置,其计时精度决定了能否按时解除隔离。针对擒纵机构引信解除隔离时间计算问题,基于overman等效阻尼理论,建立了擒纵机构引信数学模型,并采用虚拟样机仿真以及高速摄影实验计算出了数学模型误差。通过对等效阻尼系数进行修正,建立了擒纵机构引信修正数学模型,将误差从15.7%缩小到了7.5%。改变擒纵机构引信卡摆质量和弹簧弹性系数,代入修正数学模型与仿真模型中计算引信解除隔离时间,得到了擒纵机构引信解除隔离时间随卡摆质量与弹性系数的变化趋势,结果表明,弹性系数对解除隔离时间的影响敏感度较卡摆质量对解除隔离时间的影响敏感度更大。In order to calculate the time of releasing isolation of escapement fuze,based on overman s equivalent damping theory,the mathematical model of escapement fuze is established.The error of mathematical model is calculated by using virtual prototype simulation and high-speed photography experiment.Through revising the equivalent damping coefficient,the revised mathematical model of escapement fuze is established,which changes the error from 15.7%to 7.5%.By changing the pendulum mass and the spring elastic coefficient of the escapement fuze,which was used in the revised mathematical model and simulation model to calculate the time of the fuze to release isolation,the changing trend of the release isolation time of escapement fuze with the pendulum mass and the elastic coefficient is obtained.The results show that the working time of the fuze changes faster with the spring elastic coefficient.
