就业导向下辩论式教学法融入消法课程的特点与角色定位探析

摘  要:消法课程即消费者权益保护法课程,是法学院的专业选修课之一,具有很高的实际运用价值。在就业需求导向下,消法课程中导入辩论教学模式,培养学生的表达能力、逻辑思维能力、应变能力、团队协作意识等就业能力。辩论式教学法融入消法课程具有教学开展阶段特定化、能力培养呈“慢热化”和教学模式非标准化三个特点。为了辩论式教学法更好融入消法课程,教师在确立辩题环节要把握辩题确立的意义、时代性、平衡性、体系性;辩论开展环节做好辩论前引导、辩论中的“方向”与“尺度”、辩论后的总结与复盘;在成绩考核环节,优化考核的指标体系、实现方式以及考核指标比重。The Consumer Law course,also known as the Consumer Rights Protection Law course,is one of the professional elective courses in law schools and has high practical application value.Under the guidance of employment demand,the debate teaching mode is introduced into the Consumer Law course to cultivate students'expression ability,logical thinking ability,adaptability,teamwork awareness and other employment abilities.The integration of debate based teaching method into the disinfection course has three characteristics:specific teaching stages,slow development of abilities,and non-standard teaching modes.In order to better integrate the debate based teaching method into the Consumer Law curriculum,teachers should establish the debate section and grasp the significance,timeliness,balance,and systematicity of the debate establishment.During the debate stage,prepare for guiding the debate topic before the debate,grasp the"direction"and"scale"during the debate,and conduct student summaries and teacher reviews after the debate.In the performance evaluation stage,optimize the evaluation indicator system,optimize the implementation method of evaluation,and reasonably determine the proportion of evaluation indicators.
