摘 要:医疗援疆工作中,如何在受援医院儿科支气管镜术空白的基础上,探索培养掌握支气管镜术专业人员的教学方法,成为援疆儿科专家的工作难点。本文总结了援疆工作中儿科支气管镜术教学实践,旨在为之后医疗援疆工作提供参考。这些教学策略包括多种形式扩增师资力量(现场授课与远程授课相结合、柔性援疆专家授课、手机APP辅助授课)与多种形式增加儿科支气管镜术临床学习机会(借助相关科室增加观摩机会、调运模拟支气管镜设备进行模拟操作、细化深化实践指导、选送学员专科进修)。In the work of Group Medical Construction-Assistance to Xinjiang,how to cultivate professionals master bronchoscopy has become the focus of the work of the pediatrician aiding Xinjiang.This study aims to summarize teaching strategies for pediatric bronchoscopy training in aiding Xinjiang,and provide a reference for future medical aiding work.These strategies include various forms of expanding teaching resource(combining on-site and remote teaching,flexible Xinjiang aid expert teaching,smart phone apps assisted teaching)and various forms of increasing clinical learning opportunities for pediatric bronchoscopy(increasing observation opportunities in other department,scheduling simulated bronchoscopy equipment,refining and deepening practical guidance,and selecting students for specialized training).
