摘　　要：创新创业教育教学质量的提升对于培养创新型人才至关重要。随着科学技术的快速发展,传统教学方式、教师角色、师生关系、教学体系等面临诸多挑战。欣赏型探究作为一种能力建设理论,强调的是组织和个人在对他人和环境的关系对话中秉持积极的思维方式、处事态度和行动模式,为创新创业教育提供了新的视角和方法。基于欣赏型探究的创新创业教育教学质量提升的实践路径主要包括:坚持关系性存在的理念,促进教师角色的转变;坚持对话的逻辑,建构互动式教学共同体;坚持生成的价值,致力于打造突破的“系统”;坚持转变的思想,促进意识的转变。The improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education is crucial for cultivating innovative talents.With the rapid development of science and technology,traditional teaching methods,teacher roles,teacher-student relationships,and teaching systems face numerous challenges.Appreciative Inquiry,as a theory of capacity building,emphasizes maintaining a positive mindset,attitude,and action mode in dialogues about the relationship between individuals and the environment,which provides a new perspective and method for innovation and entrepreneurship education.The practical path for enhancing the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on appreciative inquiry includes:adhering to the concept of relational existence to promote the transformation of the teacher's role;adhering to the logic of dialogue to construct an interactive teaching community;adhering to the creation of value,and dedicated to building a breakthrough“system”;adhering to transformative thinking to promote a shift in awareness.
