摘　　要：校园传承逐渐成为非遗文化有效传承的重要途径,作为非遗传承人的民间拳师进校园教授非遗武术成为非遗项目校园发展的趋势,也是保障非遗武术校园传承本真性的关键所在。研究以吉登斯的自我认同理论为理论框架,运用田野调查发现,民间拳师以教师身份校园教授非遗武术的身份认同危机表现在拳师自我对个体教师身份定位的质疑、学校教师群体对拳师教师身份的不接纳、学生及家长与社会组成的他者对拳师教师身份的不信任三方面。基于此,民间拳师建构教师身份则需要从“自我”“群体”与“他者”三方面入手,处理“自我”危机,需要拳师思想觉醒与付诸努力;纾解“群体”危机,需要拳师与学校教师互相接纳;面临“他者”危机,关键是拳师与“他者”达成共识。Inheritance on campus has gradually become an important way to effectively inherit intangible cultural heritage.As the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,folk boxers teaching intangible cultural heritage Wushu into the campus has become the development trend of intangible cultural heritage projects on campus,and it is also the key to ensuring the authenticity of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage Wushu on campus.The study takes Giddens'self-identity theory as the theoretical framework,and uses field investigation to find that the identity crises of folk boxers teaching intangible cultural heritage Wushu on campus as teachers are manifested in three aspects:the questioning of the boxer self on the identity positioning of individual teachers,the unacceptance of the school teacher group on the teacher identity of boxers,and the distrust of others composed of students,parents and society on the teacher identity of boxers.Based on this,the construction of the teacher identity of folk boxers needs to start from the three aspects of"self","group"and"others".To deal with the"self"crisis,boxers need to awaken their minds and make efforts;to alleviate the"group"crisis,boxers and school teachers need to accept each other;to face the crisis of"others",the key is to reaching a consensus between boxers and"others".
