摘　　要：法学论文写作是新时代德法兼修卓越法治人才培养体系的重要环节,对于培养和提升学生创新思维、学术水平、写作技巧和综合素质至关重要,应作为专门课程建好建强。法学论文写作课程建设的南师探索具有典型意义。近年来,南京师范大学法学院面向卓越法治人才培养的宗旨目标,从课程体系、教学内容、师资队伍和支撑体系等方面博采众长,积极开展法学论文写作课程建设实践探索,取得了较好的建设效果,形成了一定教学特色,但同时存在重视程度参差不齐、体制机制不够灵活、保障措施较为乏力等制约因素。从更大范围来看,今后有必要从提高认识、改革机制和强化保障等方面采取有效措施,因地制宜建好建强法学论文写作课程,充分发挥其在卓越法治人才培养中的积极作用。The training of law thesis writing is an important part of the talent cultivation system for law professionals,which is crucial to the cultivation of students'practical ability,application skills,operation level and comprehensive quality.In recent years,the construction of law thesis writing course in the Nanjing Normal University School of Law has served the aim of cultivating excellence in the rule of law talent,and has made innovative exploration in curriculum,teaching content and guarantee mechanism and so on,which has achieved initial results and formed a certain characteristic.But at the same time,there are constraints such as insufficient attention,inactive mechanism and weak guarantee.It is necessary to take effective measures from the aspects of raising awareness,reforming mechanism and strengthening guarantee,so as to further exert the positive role of law thesis writing course in the cultivation of excellence in the rule of law talent.
