摘 要:特色学校是中小学校进行内涵式发展的一种可能结果,客观上形成特色学校群体。从中小学发展演变趋势看,特色学校群体整体上经历了“普通学校—特色学校—后普通学校”升级与回归的发展趋势。发展程度上,学校从具有潜在特色的学校升级成为特色学校;发展趋势上,学校从特色学校又回归为普通学校。经历过特色学校发展阶段,中小学校有了新的发展底色,是更高层次的普通学校。特色学校群体的升级与回归是中小学校螺旋上升的发展过程,是学校发展演变的一个浓缩片段。Characteristic schools are a possible result of the connotative development of primary and secondary schools,and objectively form characteristic school groups.From the perspective of the evolution trend of primary and secondary school development,the development of characteristic school groups has experienced an overall upgrade and regression of"ordinary schools-characteristic schools-post ordinary schools".In terms of development degree,schools have upgraded from schools with potential characteristics to characteristic schools.In terms of development trend,schools have returned from characteristic schools to ordinary schools.After experiencing the development stage of characteristic schools,primary and secondary schools have gained a new development background and become higher level ordinary schools.The upgrading and regression of characteristic school groups is a spiraling development process in primary and secondary schools,and is a condensed fragment of the evolution of school development.
