摘 要:解决日益频发和日趋复杂的公共危机亟需危机信息管理专业人才。北美iSchool院校在危机信息管理人才的培养上具有丰富的经验和成熟的体系,可为我国开展危机信息学教育提供参考借鉴。文章运用文献分析法和网络调查法,归纳北美iSchool院校危机信息学教育模式,从培养目标、课程内容、教学体系、师资力量和学生就业等方面分析其教育体系。针对我国危机信息管理人才需求巨大但教育相对滞后的状态,提出把握学科变革机遇,开展危机信息管理教育;突破学科壁垒,推动多元主体协同办学;回应多维需求,丰富教育体系和教学形式;注重理论与实践结合,建立全面综合的教学、考核机制等建议。Solving increasingly frequent and complex public crises need crisis information management professionals.iSchools in North America have rich experience and a mature system of training talents in crisis information management,which can provide reference for Chinese iSchools to implement crisis informatics instructions.This paper reviewed existing studies in the literature,investigated online information provided by iSchools in North America,summarized the crisis informatics course model of iSchools in North America,and analyzed its instruction system from the following perspectives:teaching objectives,course content,instruction mechanisms,course outcomes,human resources in teaching,and graduate employment rate.Given the demand for crisis information management talents in China and the lack of relative education mechanism,this paper proposes suggestions such as seizing the opportunity of discipline reform and implementing crisis information management instruction,overcoming disciplinary barriers and promoting the cooperation of multiple stakeholders,responding to multi-dimensional needs,enriching the education system and teaching forms,paying attention to the combination of theories and practices,and establishing a comprehensive teaching and outcomes assessment mechanism.
