摘 要:深圳地铁12号线四海站~南油站区间正交下穿既有东滨路隧道,下穿部位位于两条主干道十字交叉口,受制于既有东滨路隧道下的立柱桩与地铁区间冲突,无法采取盾构法施工,而选择采用暗挖法人工截除既有桩。在工程实施过程中,通过理论建模分析与现场实践探索,攻克了深埋暗挖隧道围岩变形控制、闹市区施工噪音控制、下穿并截除既有结构变形控制、隧道回填质量控制等一系列关键技术,确保了本工程安全顺利完工。In the section from Sihai Station to Nanyou Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12,the existing Dongbin Road tunnel is traversed under the orthogonal underpass,and the underpass is located at the intersection of two main roads.Due to the conflict between the column piles under the existing Dongbin Road tunnel and the subway section,the shield method cannot be adopted for construction.Instead,the underground excavation method is adopted to manually cut off the existing piles.In the process of project implementation,through theoretical modeling analysis and field practice exploration,a series of key technologies such as deformation control of deep buried tunnel surrounding rock,noise control of downtown construction,deformation control of existing structure and tunnel backfill quality control were conquered,ensuring the safe and smooth completion of the project.
