摘  要:习近平“劳动观”思想深邃,内容丰富,是高校思想政治工作的重要指导思想,更是深化劳动教育的根本遵循。深化劳动教育是构建德智体美劳全面培养教育体系的必由之路,然而实践中劳动教育却面临着高校认识不到位、学生态度有偏差、实践机会较少和客观条件制约等问题,加之受疫情影响,使得高校的劳动教育深化之路更加困难重重。本文以习近平总书记“劳动观”为指引,深入探讨了深化劳动教育的必要性和紧迫性,并从加强思想引领、加强实践指导、扩大劳动教育外延和完善考评机制四方面提出了深化劳动教育的实践路径,以期发挥劳动教育的真正作用,为扎实推进中国特色社会主义教育发展贡献力量。Xi Jinping’s hard-working viewpoint is an important guiding ideology for ideological and po-litical work in colleges and universities,and it is also a fundamental guideline on strengthening education on the hard-working spirit among students in universities.Strengthening education on the hard-working spirit is the only way to comprehensively fosters the students’all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit,but in practice,labor education is faced with problems such as insufficient understanding of colleges and universities,deviations in students'attitudes,fewer opportunities for practice and restrictions on objective conditions,coupled with the impact of the epidemic,making the deepening of labor education in colleges and universities more difficult.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s hard-working viewpoint,this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of deepening labor education,and puts forward the practical path of deepening labor education.
