摘　　要：为进一步探究跨国企业的数字化转型对创新绩效的影响,从组织学习视角出发,结合中国上市跨国企业2010—2019年的数据样本,对新兴经济体跨国企业的数字化转型与创新绩效之间的关系进行分析。研究发现:数字化转型能够提升跨国企业的创新绩效;股权性质正向调节数字化转型与创新绩效间的关系,不仅揭示数字化转型与创新绩效间的关系,而且为数字化转型影响创新绩效找到独特的情境因素。To further explore the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance of multinational enterprises(MNEs),this study investigated the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance of MNEs in emerging economies from the perspective of organizational learning,and combined with the data samples of Chinese listed MNEs from 2010 to 2019.The findings show that digital transformation can improve the innovation performance of MNEs.The ownership positively moderates the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance of MNEs.These findings not only reveal the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance,but also find unique contextual factors for digital transformation to affect innovation performance.
